In Doordarshan, the mood of the festival starts with the curtain raiser programme that was aired yesterday evening. Live coverage would be there for the first and last day of the festival. In private channels like Kairali, Reporter, Asianet, Manorama and Jaihind, entertainment news focusing on IFFK is planned to be telecasted for one week.
